Dongrawaddo locals demand ban on heavy vehicles
MARGAO: Residents of Dongrawaddo, Fatorda, wrote to the district collector seeking a ban on the movement of heavy vehicles in the area. The collector had issued a notification to stop movement of heavy vehicles from 7 am to 8.30 am and from 12.30 pm to 2 pm. The locals claimed it wasn’t enough and demanded that the roads be closed completely before an accident takes place.
