Duo released on bail

The two persons arrested by Margao police on charges of allegedly hurting the religious sentiments were on Saturday released by the court on a bail of Rs 20,000 with one surety.
Margao PI Santosh Desai said that both Eleterio Carneiro and Constancio Fernandes were released on bail today.
He said the court has directed the duo to report to the police station for a period of five days from morning to evening for the purpose of investigations.
The Margao police are investigating the case.
