PERNEM: Pernem Deputy Collector Deepak Vaigankar has instructed Pernem Police Inspector to keep vigil on the illegal construction work of Isprava Luxury Realty Three LLP Ltd in survey number 356/1 in Amrapali area of Junaswada, Mandrem.
TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane had assured to take action against the structure after ‘Swaraj’ organisation member Adv Prasad Shahapurkardemanded action against illegal hill cutting by the company. The work has been halted since then and the concerned company was issued a notice by village panchayat onOctober 16.
After Shahapurkar complained about the illegal operations to State’s Under Secretary (Revenue), the Secretary(Revenue) informed the North Goa Collector to take further action. Shahapurkar had also complained to TCP, Mamlatdar, the local village panchayat, as well as the flying squad at collector’s office.
