PANJIM: The Economic Development Corporation will auction land, plant, machinery and vehicles amounting to Rs 1 crore by end of this year, all of these assets attached under Section 29 of State Financial Corporations’ Act, and will go up for sale by tender cum auction on December 30. The EDC has already opened its one time settlement scheme that will remain open till March 31, 2014. EDC decided to open One Time Settlement Scheme (OTS) for settlement of term loan/Corporate loan accounts classified as loss for loans disbursed.
The sealed tenders should reach the office House, Panjim by December 30 by 3 pm.
