Elaborate safety plan chalked out as Goa prepares to host mega events

PANJIM: With Goa hosting three mega events ~ national convention of small Christian communities, International Film Festival of India (IFFI) followed by St Francis Xavier Feast, the Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services has chalked out an elaborate fire security and safety plan to prevent any eventuality.
