CURCHOREM: A 64-year-old woman from Madd-Bansai, Curchorem, died in a road accident at Bansai on Wednesday.
According to Curchorem police, Rukmini Naik was crossing the road to go to her house at about 8.15 pm when a two-wheeler (GA-09-F-8733), which was proceeding from Curchorem to Quepem, knocked her down.
The two-wheeler rider fled from the scene.
