Extortion case: Mickky fails to appear for hearing

MARGAO: Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Kalpana Gawas has kept the extortion and assault case against Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco for order on framing of charges on December 7 after the latter failed to attend the hearing on Monday.
