Fatorda Police successfully traced and rescued a 17-year-old girl who had been kidnapped from Fatorda and taken to Karnataka. The suspect, Narasappa Narasu, was arrested during the operation.
Police teams coordinated with their Karnataka counterparts to locate the minor and ensure her safe return. The victim has since been brought back to Goa and placed at Apna Ghar, the state-run care facility, for counselling and further care as per legal protocols.
