The Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka, New Delhi, had issued a proclamation under Section 82 of Criminal Penal Code directing Fermina and the trio to appear before it by December 17, 2008, to answer a complaint registered against them.
The complaint was filed against the four before the Delhi Police by Advocate Nageshwar Pandey in September accusing them of criminal breach of trust and cheating involving a property at Bainguinim near Old Goa.
An additional sessions judge (Fast Track Court), Dwarka Court, New Delhi, had earlier also dismissed the anticipatory bail plea filed by the four on October 15.
The order by the judge had stated that the four with dishonest intention and false representation sold a piece of land already mortgaged to the complainant and cheated him of Rs 17 crore.
