Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against unidentified persons after a break-in was reported at the corporate office of a construction company located on the fifth floor of the Mabai Business Centre in Margao.
According to police, the suspects allegedly forced their way into the premises and escaped with cash amounting to ₹15,400 and a laptop valued at ₹64,500. The total loss has been estimated at ₹79,900.

An investigation is underway to identify the culprits and trace the stolen items. Police have also collected evidence from the scene as part of the probe.
