MARGAO: Principal Sessions Judge B P Deshpande scheduled the Fomento Green case against Margao Municipal Council for final hearing on January 21 but gave time to both parties to discuss the matter within a week and arrive at some consensus if possible.
Fomento Green has already submitted the report on the garage at Sonsoddo prepared by them through an independent agency which indicates that around 10 per cent of the waste is inert material.
However, the report from Goa State Pollution Control Board that has also collected samples from Sonsoddo is still awaited and is expected next week.
