MAPUSA: Four Bengaluru natives, Yaseen Ali Baig (21), Ahamed Shariff (30), Navaj M D (36) and Navshad Ahmed (45) were arrested for allegedly abducting a salon employee from Moira on Tuesday.
Mapusa SDPO Jivba Dalvi, on Tuesday stated that one Zakir Sabir Ahmed, resident of Porvorim and native of Amroha, Uttar Pradesh operating a salon at Moira lodged a complaint stating four male occupants trespassed into his salon and abducted his employee Zunaid Zafeer.

The Mapusa Police Station registered an FIR under sections 451, 342, 365 R/w 34 IPC and the investigation was taken up. Acting on the inputs provided by Mapusa Police, the Old Goa Police intercepted a car bearing No KA-01-ME-3851 and rescued the victim Zunaid and took four male occupants of the car into custody.
