MARGAO: The Maina-Curtorim Police have registered an offence against Aam Admi Party’s State Vice-President Adv Pratima Coutinho and 100 others with regard to leading the morcha against Nuvem BJP MLA Wilfred D’Sa on consecutive two occasions.
However, Pratima reacted stating police should file an FIR against Freda D’Sa, wife of Babashan for using filthy language.
According to the police, an offence under the Section of Unlawful Assembly has been registered in the late evening hour of Sunday.
Replying to the above issue, Adv Pratima said that the whole of Goa has witnessed what has happened at Nuvem when AAP volunteers marched to give cake to one of the defectors and Nuvem MLA Wilfred.
“All the defector MLAs, except Babashan accepted the cake given by the AAP. However, we did not understand why Babashan was afraid of accepting the cake,” she stated.
