PANJIM: A Furniture Fair, a premier exhibition for modern and contemporary designer, space saving, customised furniture, catering exclusively to architects, designers and trade professionals and discerning customers, is underway at the Community Hall, Taleigao, from 10 am to 8.30 pm. The exhibition will be open till August 16.
In response to rapidly changing interior design demands and home decor tastes of the Indian market, the Furniture Fair is back this time too with a host of exciting items that are available under one roof where shoppers can pick up anything on their wish list this season to furnish their homes.
More than 150 stalls with furniture, curtain and blinds, artificial flowers, paintings, home furnishings and lots more are displayed at the exhibition. The expo is all about improving the indoor and outdoor surroundings of a living or workplace. It also provides an array of furniture and furnishings, glass paintings, decorative items, art and handicrafts, office furniture, artefacts, rugs and carpets, massage chairs, bedroom collections, recliner, garden furniture.
Exhibiting modern and contemporary furniture in Italian and European interior designs for home, office, villa, luxury apartment, service apartment, hotel, cafe, restaurant and other fine living space requirement, you will find colourful wall-hangings, high quality beds and bed linen, elegant lamp shades, and upholstery material in unique designs and pastel colours.
