The panchayats should arrange for disposal of garbage with daily door to door collection of segregated garbage from every house at a minimal cost; just as house tax is collected every year compulsorily. Wet and dry bins should be mandatorily distributed to every household at a price. Also kindly notice it seems wherever you get to see a ‘ NO Garbage’ sign put up, garbage is always strewn there. Can people not read the NO? It appears they just read garbage and dump it there. Please help keep Goa clean, green and beautiful.

It is very sad that our beautiful green Goa is being now littered with garbage everywhere! I think this matter has to be taken very seriously at village level.
