In a significant development in the Goa Birch by Romeo Lane club fire case, the accused Luthra brothers are scheduled to be brought to Delhi on Tuesday afternoon.
According to sources, both brothers will arrive at Delhi airport from Thailand at around 1.45 pm on an IndiGo flight. Teams from both the Goa Police and Delhi Police will be present at the airport to take custody of the accused upon their arrival.

From the Delhi airport, the Luthra brothers will be taken directly to Patiala House Court, where Goa Police will seek their transit remand. The remand will enable the police to take the accused to Goa for further investigation in connection with the deadly club fire incident.
