He confirmed that the Luthra brothers will be brought to Goa soon and warned that any official refusing to cooperate will face arrest. The CM also announced comprehensive safety inspections across Goa, including high-footfall clubs and restaurants, to verify licences and compliance. He stressed that strict action will be taken against officials who granted illegal permissions to Birch by Romeo Lane.
