Goa Environment Dept introduces revised fees for delineation of HTL, NDZ

MARGAO: The State Environment Department has implemented revised fees for the delineation of Hide Tide Line (HTL), 200 meters, 500 meters, and No Development Zone (NDZ) on survey maps. All applicants, including Government Departments, Corporations, and Autonomous Bodies, are subject to these new fees, payable to the Goa Coastal and Environment Management Society (GC&EMS). 

Depending on the area of land to be delineated, from 300 square metres to above 5000 square metres, the fees range from Rs 2,000 to Rs 25,000.

There is an extra fee for every certified copy, with 50% charged on the original plan.  Earlier fees varied from Rs 1,000 to 6,500 for areas ranging between 300 sqm and above 5,000 sqm.
