Goa Foundation files leave plea

PANJIM: Goa Foundation, which petitioned the Supreme Court in the illegal mining case, has filed a special leave petition (SLP) before the Apex Court challenging the High Court order that directs the State Government to renew 27 mining leases that have paid stamp duty.
Stating that the matter has not come on the board of the Supreme Court, GF refused to divulge any details of the SLP.
