Goans appeal to the Hon President to look into the loot of Goans’ lands

PANJIM: Goans are honoured and heartily welcome the Hon. President of India Ramnath Kovind on his visit to Goa where he will lay the foundation stone for the new Raj Bhavan. Herald on behalf of the people of Goa, would like to take leave to request the highest office of our land to sympathetically look at the criminal loot of the hard-earned land ancestral land of Goans through impersonation and other illegal means.

If he and the Honorable Governor, appointed by him, as visionaries and guiding forces only express their concern after getting assimilating all the facts, it will go a long way for the government and system. The people of Goa believe that the highest office of the elected executive of the state of Goa will also be sensitive and proactive in ending this misery of Goans.

The President of India, Ram Nath Kovind will be on a two-day official visit to Goa on June 14 and June 15, 2022. He will arrive in Goa on June 14, 2022.

During his visit, President Kovind will lay the Foundation Stone for New Raj Bhavan at Dona Paula on June 15, 2022, along with the Governor of Goa, P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, Chief Minister, Dr Pramod Sawant & Council of Ministers at Raj Bhavan. The President will leave the State on June 15, 2022.
