NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed a day’s adjournment till Friday to hearing of an appeal of Martinho Xavier Fernandes of Arambol, Pernem, against the National Green Tribunal’s July 28 order against a construction done in violation of the coastal laws.
The Bench of Justices Arun Mishra, B R Gavai and Krishna Murari agreed to his lawyer’s plea to give one more day to bring on record certain documents. The lawyer pleaded more time to file the documents. On his request, the Court had allowed the adjournment.
