VASCO: Gold ornaments worth Rs 50,000 were stolen from a house at Sancoale on Tuesday. According to Verna police, they received a call from Deodita Maria D’Souza of Sancoale stating that some persons had decamped with gold ornaments worth Rs 50,000 from her wardrobe on Tuesday afternoon. The complainant said she had locked the front door of her house.
