PANJIM: Greater Panaji Planning and Development Authority (GPPDA) on Tuesday issued a public notice regarding the preparation of map and register under Section 26 of TCP Act showing present land usage of Taleigao planning area.
GPPDA also invited objections if any in writing with respect to the map and registration within 30 days. Copies of the present land use map and land use register of Taleigao part of Taleigao Planning area are available for inspection at the panachayat and the Corporation of City of Panaji (CCP ) which is part of Taleigao Planning are also available for inspection at the office of CCP. The maps can also be inspected at the office of GPPDA.
As per Section 26 of the TCP Act, after the constitution of planning area, GPPDA has to prepare a map and register showing the present land use in the prescribed form.
The public notice also states that objections may be addressed to the Member Secretary, Greater Panaji Planning and Development Authority within 30 days.
