PANJIM: The annual convocation of Goa University (GU) is expected to be held in the first week of February 2016 wherein about 6,000-8,000 graduates and post graduates will be conferred their degrees and diplomas. The university has introduced gateway payment and called for filling applications online that will close on December 31, 2015.
The recently launched online format on the university website has been improvised.
“Once a registration number is entered, a candidate’s academic details, including the result, will be displayed. There is no need to scan any documents. Some deficiencies reported in the past have been rectified,” GU Registrar V P Kamat said.
