CURTORIM: The feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe was celebrated with pomp and gaiety at St Alex Church, Curtorim.
Fr Hilario Fernandes, SFX, Pilar was the main celebrant for the concelebrated high Mass.
In his homily, stressing on mercy towards others, Fr Hilario urged the faithful to unite in peace and joy. He also called upon the faithful to engage in family prayers and respect the marriage as a sacrament.
He said that the children are the worst sufferers if the unfortunate event of divorce strikes a family.
