PANJIM: Seven years after his discharge in Balli riot case, Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly Ramesh Tawadkar approached the High Court of Bombay at Goa seeking release of his passport to attend 65th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference to be held in Halifax, Canada this year.
