Health services staff to be regularised

The Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has assured malaria surveillance employees that within a month the process of regularization their services will be initiated.
About 50-60 malaria workers who have been waiting to be regularized in service for the past few years, had a protest march in the city today.
Speaking to agitating malaria workers outside Directorate of health services, Rane told them that he has had spoken to Chief Minister Digambar Kamat about them and he has given a go ahead to create new posts.
The health minister also assured them some relaxation in age will be given if required, and they would be regularized as new posts are being created for a district hospital in Mapusa.
