PANJIM: Additional Solicitor General of India, Atmaram N S Nadkarni is part of a Supreme Court delegation invited by Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court for the Rule of Law Dialogue between the highest federal judges of the two countries on issues of mutual interest.
The six-member delegation is expected to visit Germany from June 17-24, to share experiences through high-level bilateral and international dialogues on rule of law, as well as political, social, legal, security and economic policies of mutual interest in India and abroad.
Representing the Supreme Court of India in Germany are their Justice Madan B Lokur, Justice R F Nariman, former chief justice of India Justice J S Kehar, chairman of the Law Commission of India Dr Justice B S Chauhan, Additional Solicitor General Of India Atmaram N S Nadkarni.
