The chief minister gave the assurance when a delegation met him at the Secretariat at Porvorim on Tuesday. United Citizens of Chorao convenor S Haldankar submitted a memorandum to the chief minister and urged to construct the proposed Chorao-Salvador-do-Mundo bridge without further delay.
Parsekar told the members that he will convene a joint meeting with local MLA Anant Shet and United Citizens Chorao members to know the status. The members told the chief minister that there is no problem of land acquisition from both sides, where most of the ownershave given NOC to the govt.
