PANJIM: The Old Goa police are investigating into a complaint that an alleged miscreant attacked the house of a couple during the early hours of Saturday.
In her complaint lodged at Old Goa police station, Junsa Mudras alleged that a person hurled glass bottle and metal into her property at St Cruz at around 2 am. She stated that when she stepped out into her balcony after the attack, the alleged accused, who had trespassed into her property, abused her, made obscene gestures and threatened her.
She stated that the incident is not alone as nuisance makers have created a fear atmosphere around her residential premise by indulging in anti-social activities.  Mudras sought immediate police action fearing danger to her family.
Incidentally, Junas and her husband Mukund are traffic sentinels. Old Goa police have denied that the incident has any links with the scheme and assured action against the accused.
