PANJIM: Crime branch sleuths, probing 14 cases of land fraud in the Serula Comunidade, are expected to file a charge sheet in the case soon. In its submission before the local court it also mentioned that Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar is a victim of procedural lapses in the case.
Agnel, Reginald Lobo and Alister Lobo are among others, including a few government officials, booked for the offence.
Crime Branch is inquiring into allegations that the Serula Comunidade had not maintained records of the allotment of comunidade plots, nor did it have records of cash transfers.
