PANJIM: Goa Education Development Corporation (GEDC) on Thursday announced the Interest Free Education Loan (IFEL) Scheme for the academic year 2017-18.
Fresh and renewal application forms for the scheme will be available at GEDC office from October 3, and the completed forms should be filled and submitted on or before December 29 along with photocopies of all required documents and also a soft copy on CD.
In case of students studying abroad, the power of attorney holder (parents) may fill the application form and submit the same in the GEDC office.
Fresh and renewal forms of existing loans for the academic year 2017-18 will not be accepted online.
The IFEL scheme is based on reimbursement pattern fees will be reimbursed on submission of bona fide certificate and fee receipt.
