MARGAO: Additional Sessions Judge Sayonara Teles Laad on Tuesday fixed the case against Vikat Bhagat for murdering Irish girl Danielle McLaughin at Palolem for arguments before charge on September 28, 2017.
When the matter came up for hearing, the prosecution submitted a copy of the report of the forensic material from the Forensic Science Laboratory at Pune and the defence was also given a copy of the same.
However, though the judge has passed an order to submit the clone copy of the hard disk on which the CCTV camera footage is recorded, the same could not be given as it is not yet received from Pune.
