MARGAO: Dhyan Foundation working towards rescuing and rehabilitating strays has blamed the Department of Animal Husbandry for hampering their service.

As stated by the official of Dhyan Foundation Swati Shilker they find themselves helpless due to the apathy of Animal Husbandry.
“Director Animal Husbandry Agostinho Mesquita gave a statement to media that papers have not been received yet from the panchayat. But as per Panchayat Secretary Vinod Shinde, all the required papers have been completed and given to the Animal Husbandry Department many months back. In this, to and from, the cause of rehabilitation is suffering and there’s a dire fodder shortage today,” said Swati
