PONDA/QUEPEM: The annual traditional Bajani Sapthah at Nagesh Temple, Bandora, concluded with the celebratory breaking of the Dahi-handi at the temple premises.
Thousands of devotees participated in the festival. The residents from the six wards of Bandora made colourful floats that were taken out in a procession across the temple area over the past week. Climbing a four-tier human pyramid, the youth of Bandora broke the Dahi-handi, as chants of Govinda re Gopala filled the air.
