PANJIM: The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) will hold a public hearing on the State Electricity Department’s annual performance review for 2018-19 and tariff determination for 2019-20, on January 14.
Electricity Department has filed a petition before the JERC for True Up for 2014-15, annual performance review of 2018-19 and tariff determination for 2019-220 and determination of aggregate revenue requirement for MYT control period 2019-20 to 2021-22.
The JERC has admitted the petition under Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulation 9 of JERC.
