PANJIM: Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) councillor Joel Andrade was appointed as president of Goa Pradesh Youth Congress (GPYC) president by Indian Youth Congress (IYC) President Srinivas B V at Delhi.
Soon after his announcement, Andrade, who was in Delhi, thanked Srinivas, IYC national in-charge Krishna Allavaru and IYC Goa in-charge Richi Bhargava and State Congress leaders for reposing their faith in him and for giving him an opportunity to work for the Youth Congress.
