Valpoi Police have registered an FIR against a 26-year-old student of Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Sukanya Sabbhani, for allegedly attacking her roommate with a knife while she was asleep in their hostel room at Poriem, Sattari.
According to the police complaint, the victim allegedly sustained serious cut injuries to her neck and hands during the attack.
