PANJIM: Former Chief Minister Churchill Alemao on Monday admitted that joining the Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) turned out to be a major mistake.
Speaking to media persons, Alemao who was the TMC Beaulim candidate and lost the elections, said, “I think I took a wrong decision of joining TMC. TMC also committed mistakes and I don’t want to speak about it.”

Alemao, who in 2017 had won on the Nationalist Congress Party ticket, had joined the Goa TMC just ahead of the Assembly polls.
