In a major accident on Tuesday morning, a Kadamba Transport Corp bus hit a tree and a parked four-wheeler near Mall de Goa, Porvorim after a reported brake failure. The bus was on its way to the KTCL depot Porvorim from Panjim.
While there were no passengers on the bus, the driver and conductor were injured. The bus suffered major damage. Police conducted the panchanama. More details are awaited.
