CURCHOREM: Balu Krishna Lokre (64), a resident of Kalay, died in a self accident at Kalay on Wednesday evening at around 6 pm. According to Investigating Officer Curchorem PSI Arun Endro, the deceased was travelling on his two-wheeler from Collem to Kalay and on reaching at Kalay he lost control and banged against a roadside tree.
He was taken to Primary Health Centre at Sanguem where the doctor declared him brought dead. Later his body was shifted to Hospicio Hospital, Margao for post mortem.
