CURCHOREM: Kalay Panchayat panchas on Saturday demanded to consider candidate from their panchayat jurisdiction to contest the forthcoming Zilla Panchayat election supported by BJP.
In a letter submitted to Sanvordem MLA and PWD Minister Deepak Pauskar, the panchas including Sarpanch Kishor Dessai urged to consider him to contest ZP election supported by BJP as the candidates from other two panchayats namely Dabal and Sanvordem supported by BJP got elected for ZP and therefore now it is their turn to represent as ZP member under Sanvordem Constituency.
