MARGAO: Additional Sessions Judge II Sayonara Teles Laad on Friday adjourned to August 18 hearing of the case against former chief minister Digambar Kamat and two others filed by the Special Investigating Team that probed the mining scam.
At the last hearing on April 27, Special Public Prosecutor Prasad Kirtani had asked for an adjournment because the government was preparing to constitute a special court to hear the matter and thus the matter was adjourned as all three defence lawyers gave their no objections.
