VASCO: Vasco Police arrested a Nepali who had kidnapped a 15-year-old minor girl to Shimla and rescued the victim.
The accused Deepak Kumar Dangia (27) had gone missing along with the minor girl on March 30. Police suspect that the minor girl has also been sexually assaulted by the accused as she has disclosed the same before an NGO. However, police are waiting for medical report for confirmation to book other offence against the Nepali who is married and has children.
According to police, a complaint was lodged by the parents of victim that their daughter was kidnapped and that Deepak Kumar Dangia was the prime suspect.
