PANJIM: Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL) employees have resolved to hold a mega public meeting in Panjim on November 1 demanding immediate implementation of the 7th Pay recommendations to all workmen and employees of KTCL.
KTC Drivers and Allied Employees Association general secretary Christopher Fonseca said the public meeting would be held at KTC bus stand.
The union has been demanding implementation of the recommendations failing which they had threatened to launch a stir against the government. The union also wants those workers who have worked for more than one year be made permanent and those who are on contract to get all facilities.
