PANJIM: The Valpoi Police re-arrested notorious criminal and alleged mastermind in various land grabbing cases in Goa, Siddiqui alisas Suleman Khan has been re-arrested by Valpoi Police in 2.16 lakh sqm land grabbing case in Curca.

The 54-year-old Karnataka native and resident of Madel, Tivim, was nabbed from Hubballi on November 12, by the Mapusa Police.
According to the police, Rafael Luis Jose Lobo from Mapusa, lodged a complaint, stating that Gopal Dattaram Salgaonkar, Kalpana Salgaonkar, Pankaj Anant Chodankar and Pooja Chodankar, all from Sattari, and Siddique, illegally grabbed his ancestral properties at Goalim Moula in Curca, prepared fake sale deeds, forged signature in sale deeds and falsely executed before Sub Registrar Valpoi.
The accused was produced before the JMFC Valpoi, which sent him to police custody for four days.
