MARGAO: Due to the landslide between Castle Rock – Caranzol section of Hubli division over South Western Railway (SWR), a number of trains continue to be cancelled, partially cancelled, short terminated or diverted.
It may be recalled that the landslide took place on Tuesday night and trains were cancelled/postponed since then on the inter-State route.
The Vasco-da-Gama – Yesvantpur Express and Yesvantpur – Vasco-da-Gama Express have been fully cancelled until Saturday, July 29.
The Tirupati/ Hyderabad – Vasco Da Gama Express train was fully cancelled on Thursday, July 27 while the Vasco Da Gama – Tirupati/Hyderabad Express train for Friday, July 28 is fully cancelled.
On Thursday, the H Nizamuddin – Vasco Da Gama Express short terminated at Belgaum instead of Vasco as the Belgaum to Vasco section was partially cancelled. This will continue on Friday too.
On Saturday, the Vasco Da-Gama – H Nizamuddin Express train will short originate from Belgaum instead of Vasco.
On Friday, the Vasco Da Gama – Jasidih Express journey will short originate from Londa Junction instead of Vasco Da Gama.
Then the Vasco Da Gama – Shalimar Express train on Friday will short originate from Hubli instead of Vasco..
Similarly, the Vasco Da Gama – Kacheguda Slip coaches train on Friday will short originate from Hubli and it has also been rescheduled.
On Thursday, the Shalimar – Vasco Da Gama Express was short terminated at Hubli instead of Vasco.
On Friday, the Kacheguda – Vasco Da Gama Slip coaches train will short terminate at Hubli.
