Lecture on Constitution of India held

PANJIM: The Department of Information and Publicity organised a lecture on the topic “Constitution of India and Media”, as part of the Constitution Day celebrations at the office premises, recently. 
Senior journalist Prakash Kamat while delivering the lecture stressed on the Indian Constitution calling it a supreme document. 
Kamat spoke of the freedom of expression as enshrined in the Constitution under Article 19.
He said that the Fourth Pillar of Democracy is the press and hence with such freedom come responsibilities. 
He also spoke of the rise of social media.
