LJP plans to contest Assembly polls

VASCO: After Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), now the Bihar-based Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) intends to throw its hat in the election ring for the forthcoming Goa Assembly polls.

Union Minister of Food and Public Distribution and LJP president Ram Vilas Paswan, who arrived on three-day state visit on Friday claimed that LJP intends to spread its wings in Goa, however the final decision on whether to participate in the Goa polls  will be taken only after party workers’ meeting to be held on Friday.
