Goa Police have issued a Look Out Notice (LOC) against the accused in the Saligao double murder case, intensifying efforts to trace the suspect. The accused, identified as Jagannath Bhagat, is suspected to have murdered Richard D’Mello, the owner of a music shop, and his employee, Abhishek alias Sonu Gupta. The shocking incident reportedly took place on November 6, 2025, and sent shockwaves across the Saligao area.
According to police sources, the LOC has been circulated to prevent the accused from fleeing the country and to alert immigration authorities at airports and other exit points. Investigators believe the accused may be absconding, prompting the move. Police said further action will follow based on inputs received through the lookout notice, as the investigation into the double murder continues.
